Gov. Bevin makes appointments to Kentucky Heritage Council

Five appointments named

FRANKFORT, Ky. (March 22, 2017) — Gov. Matt Bevin has made appointments to the Kentucky Heritage Council.

Appointed:

  • Christine Doughty Johnson, of Louisville, is retired. She will serve for a term expiring Aug. 6, 2020.
  • Maynard A. Crossland, of Lexington, is the president/chief executive officer of Shaker Village. He will serve for a term expiring Aug. 6, 2020.

Reappointed:

  • Stephen L. Collins, of Shelbyville, is a funeral director and attorney. He will serve for a term expiring Aug. 6, 2020.
  • Charles William Weyland, of Louisville, is an architect. He will serve for a term expiring Aug. 6, 2020.
  • Virginia Wise Butler, of Maysville, is a substitute teacher. She will serve for a term expiring Aug. 6, 2020.
