Horizon Commercial Realty named a Top Sales Firm in Louisville Market
LOUISVILLE, Ky. (March 27, 2017) – Horizon Commercial Realty is the recipient of a 2016 CoStar Power Broker Award, as it was named a Top Sales Firm in the Louisville market. Horizon is one of five commercial real estate firms, and the only Louisville-based firm, to receive the award. The firm also received the award in 2012.
“We are honored to earn this recognition for a second time,” said Mike DeHart, principal broker of the firm. “It is a great achievement for us to be the only independent broker to make the list. This award speaks to the collective experience and knowledge our agents possess of the Louisville area.”
The award recognizes companies that achieve high levels of sales transaction volume during calendar year 2016, in which the company acted as the agent or broker, and is calculated using pricing information from closed sales transactions in CoStar’s COMPS database.
