Gov. Bevin makes appointments to Kentucky Occupational Safety and Health Review Commission

Two appointments named

FRANKFORT, Ky. (April 5, 2017) — Gov. Matt Bevin has appointed DeBorah Jeanne McCormack and Steven Neal Griffin to the Kentucky Occupational Safety and Health Review Commission.

  • DeBorah Jeanne McCormack, of Louisville, is a human resources consultant and business owner. McCormack will represent labor and employees. She will serve for a term expiring March 1, 2021.
  • Steven Neal Griffin, of Danville, is the manager of human resources and health and safety for American Greetings Corp. Griffin will represent the occupational health and safety profession. He will serve for a term expiring March 1, 2021.

The Kentucky Occupational Safety and Health Review Commission consists of three gubernatorial appointees that represent the interests of employers, employees and the occupational safety and health profession. The commission hears and rules on appeals from citations.
