Lexington opens new downtown payment office

For LexServ bills, child support payments

LEXINGTON, Ky. (April 24, 2017) — Mayor Jim Gray today opened a new payment office to make it more convenient for citizens who come downtown to pay LexServ bills or child support payments.

The office is located near the Kentucky Theatre marquee, on Main Street. It is open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. Discounted parking is available in the Helix Garage on Main Street. The former location, at City Hall, required the 100 to 150 people who pay bills each day to go through security and travel to the second floor.

“Our customers tell us it’s inconvenient to come through security to our second-floor offices. This should address their concerns,” said Rusty Cook, Director of the Division of Revenue.

Tax payments and occupational license fees will continue to be collected inside the City Hall.
