FRANKFORT, Ky. (May 23, 2017) — Gov. Matt Bevin today appointed Michael Connelley as City Councilperson for the City of Salyersville.
Connelley is currently retired, following a career as a pipefitter with Ashland Oil. He and his wife Connie reside in Salyersville.
He shall serve until the position is filled in accordance with the results of the November 2018 midterm election, pursuant to the provisions of Section 152 of the Kentucky Constitution.
