Will address barriers to employment
FRANKFORT, Ky. (June 11, 2017) — Gov. Matt Bevin on Tuesday will join federal and state officials in Frankfort to announce the new Kentucky Work Matters Task Force.
The group will work to address barriers to employment and promote workforce inclusion among people with disabilities, foster children, disabled veterans, and individuals burdened by substance abuse or criminal records.
The announcement will be made at 9:30 a.m. at the Capitol Rotunda.
