In Bowling Green and Louisville
LEXINGTON, Ky. (June 13, 2017) — The 1958 Chevrolet Impala from the movie, “American Graffiti,” will travel to three events this summer, including the NHRA Hot Rod Reunion from June 15-17 in Bowling Green and the NSRA Nationals from Aug. 3-6 in Louisville.
The car also will be featured from July 7-9 at Goodguys Columbus in Columbus, Ohio.
The car is owned by three-time NASCAR Cup champion crew chief and 2018 NASCAR Hall of Fame inductee Ray Evernham.
Charles Martin Smith drove the car in the film.
