LOUISVILLE, Ky. (Aug. 16, 2017) – Buffalo Construction, Inc. bought a new 35,000-s.f. building in Blankenbaker Station Business Park in Louisville for $3.6 million. The commercial construction company plans to occupy the space this fall.
The recently constructed building is situated on 4.1 acres at 12700 Otto Knop Drive in Blankenbaker Station Business Park. Other tenants in this phase of the development include Norton Healthcare and the new Midea America Corp. building. An expansion of up to 56,000 s.f. has also been approved for the property.
Horizon Commercial Realty affiliate, Hollenbach-Oakley, served as project manager for the building’s construction. Hollenbach-Oakley, a commercial real estate development firm, is the developer of Blankenbaker Station Business Park.
