LOUISVILLE, Ky. (Oct. 11, 2017) — Morgan & Pottinger, P.S.C. announced today that Sharon C. Hardy has joined the firm’s Louisville office as a member.
Hardy’s practice concentrates on commercial transactions, including commercial real estate finance and asset-based lending. Her commercial real estate practice includes construction financing for office, retail, industrial, multifamily and hospitality projects.
“Sharon’s commercial transactions experience will be a valuable addition to our legal team,” said Tom Fenton, Morgan & Pottinger shareholder and managing director of the firm’s Louisville office. “Our attorneys draw on a wide range of experiences to address complex legal issues, and we look forward to engaging Sharon in our real estate and finance law practice areas.”
Hardy assists institutional lenders in structuring, documenting, closing, modifying and restructuring loans, and workout transactions. She also serves as lead counsel on major commercial real estate transactions, representing investors in the acquisition, disposition, development, financing and leasing of commercial properties, including office, retail, industrial, multifamily, hospitality and healthcare facilities.
