Churchill Downs CFO to participate in Bank of America-Merrill Lynch gaming conference

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (Jan. 16, 2012) – Churchill Downs Incorporated (NASDAQ: CHDN) Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer William E. Mudd will participate in the Bank of America-Merrill Lynch 2012 Gaming Conference on Thursday, Jan. 19. The three-day conference to be conducted Jan. 18-20 will be hosted by the Aria Resort & Casino in Las Vegas, N.V.

Mudd will participate in one-one-one meetings with interested analysts and investors beginning at 8:10 a.m. PST and running through approximately 3 p.m. on Jan. 19.
