Gov. Bevin makes appointments to Kentucky boards and commissions

FRANKFORT, Ky. (Oct. 27, 2017) – Gov. Matt Bevin has made the following appointments to Kentucky boards and commissions:

Tom Pennington and Jeff Scott Vincent have been appointed to the State Board of Physical Therapy.

• Tom Pennington, of Bowling Green, is a physical therapist and CEO of Physicians Rehab Solution. He will represent physical therapists and serve for a term expiring July 15, 2021.
• Jeff Scott Vincent, of Bedford, is a professional life and fitness coach and assistant director of migrant education for Eastern Kentucky University. He will represent citizens at-large and serve for a term expiring July 15, 2021.

The State Board of Physical Therapy consists of seven gubernatorial appointees. The Board evaluates and approves the qualifications of applicants for licensure as certified physical therapists within the Commonwealth.
