Online voting has begun for One Southern Indiana ACE Awards 2017

NEW ALBANY, Ind. (Nov. 13, 2017) — One Southern Indiana (1si), the chamber of commerce and local economic development organization for Clark and Floyd counties in Indiana, has announced the finalists for the third annual “ACE” Awards and encourages members of the public to vote online for their choice beginning today at noon.

The ACE Awards (Appreciating and Celebrating Excellence), sister to the ONE Awards, is a prestigious program acknowledging the achievements of individuals in the Southern Indiana region.

The event, set for Thursday, Nov. 30, provides attendees with networking opportunities, a buffet-style lunch and an awards program. More than 300 guests are expected to attend, and the event is open to members and non-members.

The ACE Awards finalists listed below were chosen by an independent panel of judges and were selected based on criteria that include business history, community involvement, response to adversity, newly-created opportunities and innovation in products or services.

Links to the voting site and videos of finalists can be found on the 1si Facebook page (www.facebook.com/OneSouthernIndiana/), as well as the 1si ACE Awards website (www.1si.org/2017-ace-awards). Videos highlighting each finalist are also available for viewing on the 1si YouTube page. Voting will continue through Wednesday, November 15th at 5:00 p.m., and totals will account for 10 percent of the overall score for each finalist.
