Greater Louisville Foundation announces board member and elects officers

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (Jan. 19, 2018) – The Greater Louisville Foundation Inc. welcomed a new member to its board of directors at its Annual Meeting on Jan. 16. Matt Thornton and Elaine “Cissy” Musselman were re-elected as chair and co-chair of the foundation.

Alice Houston was appointed to the board. Houston is the CEO of HJI Supply Chain Solutions. She founded the company with her husband, Wade, in 1994 and previously served as the company’s president. Houston has also served on multiple boards including the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louisville, the Louisville Arena Authority, and Greater Louisville Inc. She was elected to a three-year term on the foundation’s board.

Sue Tamme and Ms. Musselman were both re-elected to a second three-year term on the foundation’s board.

The Greater Louisville Foundation would like to thank Vic Staffieri, chairman and CEO of LG&E and KU, for his service on the board of directors and congratulate him on his retirement from LG&E and KU Energy.
