LOUISVILLE, Ky. (Jan. 19, 2011) – Frost Brown Todd attorney Scott Dolson is the managing editor of the new book Limited Liability Companies in Kentucky, Third Edition. The book was released on Dec. 9, 2011, as well as Dolson’s Limited Liability Company Forms, First Edition. The set is the latest addition to the publications library at the University of Kentucky Office of Continuing Legal Education.

Legal scholars and practitioners from across the state have contributed to the third edition of this book, which includes over 500 pages of legal research and proven practice; the book serves as a reference for all attorneys organizing Kentucky LLCs and providing legal advice regarding LLC issues. The forms book includes over 30 forming covering an LLC’s entire lifecycle from formation to dissolution.
