FRANKFORT, Ky. (April 9, 2018) — Gov. Matt Bevin scolded Republican lawmakers about fiscal responsibility Monday and said he will veto their proposed two-year state budget and a tax bill that generates hundreds of millions of dollars to help fund it, the Lexington Herald-Leader reported today on its website Kentucky.com.
