LEXINGTON, Ky. (April 11, 2018) – Linda L. Rumpke has been promoted to vice president of external and customer affairs for Columbia Gas of Kentucky. In this role, Rumpke will lead the company’s efforts to enhance customer value, overseeing community relations, communications, customer programs, regulatory and government affairs.
Rumpke joined Columbia Gas of Kentucky in 2015 and has served as State Finance director since that time. Prior to joining Columbia Gas, Rumpke was president and CEO of Town & Country Bank in Bardstown, Ky., president of the Central Kentucky market for JP Morgan Chase, senior vice president and commercial lender for Traditional Bank, and commissioner of Finance for the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government during the administration of Mayor Jim Newberry.
Rumpke currently serves on the Kentucky Agricultural Finance Board and the Lexington Catholic High School Board of Trustees.
A native of Dayton, Oh., Rumpke earned a bachelor of science degree in finance from the University of Dayton.
