Gov. Bevin makes appointment to Kentucky boards and commissions

FRANKFORT, Ky. (Aug. 7, 2018) – Gov. Matt Bevin has made the following appointment to Kentucky Boards and Commissions:

John Richard Bowersox has been appointed as a member of the Board of Registration for Professional Geologists. 

• Dr. John Richard Bowersox, of Lexington, is a senior research geologist for the University of Kentucky. He will represent geologists and serve for a term expiring July 14, 2022.

The Kentucky Board of Registration for Professional Geologists regulates and controls the licensing and conduct of professional geologists within the Commonwealth.
