Platinum Equity has completed its acquisition of Hebron-based Pomeroy IT Solutions Inc. The acquisition was completed through a public-to-private transaction in which an affiliate of California-based Platinum Equity acquired all outstanding shares of Pomeroy stock for $6.50 per share. Pomeroy previously traded on the NASDAQ Global Market under the ticker symbol PMRY. Pomeroy will remain headquartered in Hebron and will be led by the same management team.
