Classes will be held in December
EDGEWOOD, Ky. (Nov. 11, 2014) — The Workforce Solutions Division of Gateway Community and Technical College is offering an eight-hour training course in customer service for health care workers.
The course will run from 8 a.m. to noon on Dec. 2 and Dec. 4 at Gateway’s Edgewood Campus. The class will present the basics of customer service with a primary focus on accountable care and patient satisfaction.
Cost is $99. Registration deadline is Dec. 1.
