Southern Sirens to perform
LOUISVILLE, Ky. (April 18, 2016) — WAVE 3 News’ spring concert series will begin Thursday on the KFC Yum! Center’s Norton Healthcare Plaza with a performance by Southern Sirens, an all-female group that has performed on the same ticket as Bruno Mars. The WAVE 3 News Concert Series will be broadcast on WAVE 3 Listens Live! from 12:30-1 p.m.
Each month a different up-and-coming local artist will perform from 11:30 a.m. to p.m. A variety of popular food trucks will be onsite to offer diverse food options for purchase. In honor of Earth Day, KFC Yum! Center will be giving away White Pine and Colorado Blue Spruce tree saplings to the first 100 people who attend Thursday’s concert.
