Traditional Bank announces promotions

LEXINGTON, Ky. (June 13, 2018) — Traditional Bank has made the following promotions: Dana Adamson and F.W. “Buddy” Schneider III to senior vice president; and Becky Arnold, Allison Roberts and Chas Sargent to assistant vice president.

Traditional Bank also welcomes Kristyn Disponette as director of advertising.

Dana Adamson graduated from Georgetown College and is also a graduate of the American Bankers Association School of Bank Marketing & Management. She achieved a certified financial marketing professional designation from the Institute of Certified Bankers. Adamson serves on the board for the Living Arts & Science Center in Lexington. She joined Traditional Bank in 2003 and has worked in financial marketing for 15 years. As SVP of marketing, Adamson oversees the bank’s marketing and training departments with an office at the Palumbo Banking Center in Lexington.

Buddy Schneider graduated with a finance degree from Marshall University and received his MBA from the University of Kentucky. He joined Traditional Bank in 2006 and has 15 years banking experience. He serves as SVP commercial loan officer at the Palumbo Banking Center in Lexington. Schneider serves on the board of the Lexington Hearing & Speech Center.

Becky Arnold joined Traditional Bank in 2005 as a loan assistant and has 13 years of banking experience. She serves as AVP consumer loan officer at the Lexington Road Banking Center in Paris and has lived in Bourbon County for 25 years.

Allison Roberts joined Traditional Bank in 2006 as a customer service representative. She serves as AVP consumer loan officer at the Winchester Banking Center. She is on the Clark County Board of Trustees for the United Way and the board of directors for Kiwanis in Clark County. She has been a Winchester resident for most of her life.

Chas Sargent joined Traditional Bank in 2013 as a portfolio manager and has eight years of banking experience. He is an AVP commerical loan officer at the Palumbo Banking Center in Lexington.  He graduated from UK and has earned a chartered financial analyst designation. Sargent serves on the board for the United Way Young Leaders Society.

Kristyn Disponette recently joined Traditional Bank as director of advertising. She graduated from the University of Kentucky and has worked in marketing for 20 years. She holds an office at the Palumbo Banking Center in Lexington.
