Items for sale include:

  • Remaining pieces of the original Rupp Arena court (used 1976-2000)
  • Rupp Arena concourse signage
  • Light fixtures
  • Desks and cabinets
  • Office chairs
  • Display cases
  • Large rolling carts

According to LCC President and CEO Bill Owen, “As the saying goes, ‘one man’s trash is another man’s treasure’.  Many of these items still have value and are just in need of a new owner.  Our goal is to recycle and keep as much as possible out of the landfill.”

The auction, to be conducted by Bluegrass Auction, will be held in back of Rupp Arena, underneath the Jefferson St. bridge, in the Manchester Street Lot.

Interested parties can stop by for inspection from Monday, August 13, 2018 until day of sale.  All items are sold as-is with no warranty implied.
