LOUISVILLE, Ky. — V-Soft Consulting Group Inc. will be relocating its headquarters to 2550 Eastpoint Parkway in Northeastern Jefferson County. Horizon Commercial Realty will assume all leasing responsibilities for the Class A building, estimating completion in the fourth quarter of 2019.
The information and technology staffing agency is projected to occupy the entire third floor and part of the second floor of the 48,000-square-foot building, leaving the remaining approximate 24,000 square feet available for lease.
The three-story building will be situated just inside the 700-acre Eastpoint Business Center, providing convenient interstate access and excellent signage opportunities fronting I-265. The office space is expected to include state-of-the-art amenities that will be accessible to all building tenants, alongside various technology-driven design concepts.
