The Bank of Kentucky Financial Corp. has acquired Tapke Asset Management, one of northern Kentucky’s largest independent investment advisory firms. The entire staff of Tapke has joined The Bank of Kentucky’s team of investment associates and Tapke President and Managing Director Richard H. Tapke Jr. has joined The Bank of Kentucky as executive vice president of the bank’s trust and investment division. With the acquisition of Tapke, The Bank of Kentucky will oversee more than $650 million in client assets.
