NICHOLASVILLE: Groundbreaking on $30 million independent and assisted senior living community

300 construction and up to 150 professional/service jobs to be created for Christian Care Communities & The Joseph Group facility

NICHOLAVILLE, Ky. (Jan. 26, 2012) — On Tuesday, Jan. 31, 2012, at 11 a.m.
with shovels in hand and wearing hard hats, public officials, community and business leaders will join with Christian Care Communities, Kentucky’s largest faith-inspired, non-profit provider of senior living communities and long-term care, and The Joseph Group for a ground breaking ceremony – to signal the start of Ashgrove Woods, a new $30 million senior living community on the Fayette/Jessamine county line.

Ashgrove Woods is in direct response to Baby Boomers who are caring for aging parents. The new senior living community will provide independent living homes and assisted living, adult day care, memory care, rehabilitation services and more, so as families grow older, they can reside in the same community.

The facility is located at 5220 Grey Oak Lane (off US 27, behind Brannon Crossing).
