Allstate Tower, a Henderson company that manufactures and services towers for television stations and utility companies, has announced plans to consolidate its headquarters and manufacturing operations in a new 18,750-s.f facility in the Henderson Corporate Park.

Allstate currently has a manufacturing facility in Corydon, Ky., with offices in Henderson. The new facility will allow the company to consolidate operations for greater efficiency while allowing additional space for increased production.
Allstate has purchased an 11-acre tract in the Henderson Corporate Park for the new facility, which is estimated at $3 million. The project is expected to be complete by July 2010.

Allstate currently employs about 20 people and expects to add another 10 workers to its payroll.

The company has received approval for $42,000 in incentives through the Kentucky Enterprise Initiative Act for the project.
