FRANKFORT, Ky. — As Ashli Watts enters her new role as president and CEO of the Kentucky Chamber of Commerce, the organization’s leaders will be traveling the state to present the Kentucky business community’s 2020 Legislative Agenda containing the top priorities of the business community.
The tour will also feature the key issues facing the legislature in 2020 and how they fit into the chamber’s Four Pillars for Prosperity report, which was updated in 2019.
Watts will kick off the 2020 legislative preview tour Tuesday and will visit 19 local communities before the new year. Additionally, the Kentucky Chamber’s Annual Legislative Preview Conference is on Dec. 16, 2019.
The statewide briefing tour is aimed at familiarizing members of local chambers of commerce with the priorities of the Kentucky Chamber. The business community’s key issues for 2020 include:

- Curbing Tobacco Use
