Electro Cycle Inc. (ECI) is investing $2 million to expand its plant in Madisonville, where it processes new production scrap aluminum to produce recycled scrap ingot. The expansion will fund the purchase of additional equipment to improve operating efficiency. ECI has operated in Madisonville since 1989 and has 40 full-time employees.
