FRANKFORT, Ky. — In light of the COVID-19 outbreak, the Kentucky Retail Federation has launched a new online resource for jobseekers and employers across the state. The website, which can be found at kyretail.com/job-opportunities, features jobs that are available now and directs interested applicants where to apply.
“While many Kentuckians have suddenly found themselves out of work due to the COVID-19 pandemic, a wide variety of Kentucky retailers are still operating and seeking hard working employees to meet new and changing customer needs,” said Tod Griffin, president of the Kentucky Retail Federation. “Our communities are facing a great deal of uncertainty at this time, and we are committed to doing what we can to support the many individuals, families and businesses that have been impacted by this public health crisis.”
Kentuckians who are seeking either temporary or permanent employment opportunities should visit kyretail.com/job-opportunities. The website will be updated frequently, and all businesses are welcome to submit job openings.
“While this pandemic is forcing us to deliver services differently than before, Kentucky is still open for business—and we thank you for your support,” said Griffin.
