LEXINGTON, Ky. / CHICAGO — L&W Supply has inducted Lexington, Ky. Branch Manager Bob Dattilio into its managing partner program. The induction was carried out in a virtual ceremony in June, where Dattilio’s leadership and long-term commitment was recognized alongside the achievements of 13 additional inductees.
Dattilio has been in the building materials industry since 1985. He originally worked for L&W Supply in 1999 as part of the original branch manager training program and his career brought him back to the company in 2018. His new role as managing partner is in recognition of excellence in customer satisfaction, associate development, safety compliance and community involvement.
Dattilio and his wife Lisa are both from Hagerstown, Md., and have been married for more than 30 years. Along with their three children – Danielle, Zachary and Mark – they have called Lexington, Ky., home for the last 20 years.
“Bob has proven to be a true leader with outstanding dedication to his associates, customers, and community,” says Dan Piché, president of L&W Supply. “As a member of the managing partner program, Bob will play a key role in ensuring that L&W Supply is able to continue providing world-class service.”
