Lexington, Ky. — University of Kentucky MBA program welcomes all students, young professionals, and emerging leaders across all academic majors and backgrounds in Kentucky (and beyond) to their One Year MBA Virtual Open House event on Wednesday, October 29th at 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM (EST) via Zoom to learn more about the full-time One Year MBA and applicable dual degree programs. The highlight of the event will be the Alumni Spotlight conversation which will feature successful alumni who will speak about their positive experiences in the program, how the UK MBA has helped shaped their careers, and offer advice to the prospective candidates in attending. The alumni spotlight speakers will include:
- Jonathan Beatty, Controller at Amazon and Founder of Servonta
- Hannah Botts, Senior Finance Manager, Target Customer Team at Procter & Gamble
- Yiting Jian, Enterprise Sourcing Category Management Analyst at Kroger
- Zachary Cain, Senior Marketing Analyst, Market Intelligence at UPS
Candidates will be able to learn more about the value of the UK MBA program which includes the built-in internship experience called Project Connect, career/alumni outcomes, team competitions, professional certifications and workshops, the Entrepreneurship and New Venture Creation concentration and much more. At the event, prospective candidates will also learn valuable information about the admissions process, scholarships and how to be a competitive applicant for the upcoming 2021 cohort or future classes.
