Kentucky Chamber Work Force Center adds three new staff members

Zach Gaubert joined the Kentucky Chamber Work Force Center full-time on Sept, 28 as the Talent Pipeline Project Manager for the Northwest region. Zach has worked as a Workforce Center intern for the past year on projects such as the Bus to Business and our Who’s Hiring Campaign. He will graduate from the University of Kentucky in December as a member of the Lewis Honors College with his degree in business and finance. He is excited to relocate to Louisville later this year and is ready to begin all things TPM!

Zach Morgan joined the Workforce Center as the Talent Pipeline Project Manager for the Northeast region on October 12. He most recently was involved in workforce matters at the Kentucky Commission on Military Affairs in the governor’s office, where he helped streamline employment processes for service members, military spouses and veterans. Zach was an Army reservist and military spouse for eight years. He has a background in public relations, public history and legislative affairs.

Jordan Deschamp joined the Workforce Center as the new intern on October 19. Jordan is a senior at the University of Kentucky pursuing her BS in Integrated Strategic Communication. She will work on the Bus to Business program as well as the other Workforce Center programs.
