Alltech changes dates for its annual ONE conference

NICHOLASVILLE, Ky. — Alltech earlier this week announced that it is conducting its annual ONE Ideas Conference virtually again this year. Today, the company said it is pushing the conference back by one month.

The conference explores themes of science, sustainability and storytelling. Now in its 37th year, ONE is a unique, global conference that transcends culture and industry, presenting innovative solutions for overcoming challenges in agriculture, business, health and wellness, and everyday life.

Alltech President/CEO Mark Lyons at the 2018 ONE: The Alltech Ideas Conference. This year’s event will be virtual.

The new dates for the Alltech ONE Ideas Conference are June 22-24.

“Having transitioned to a virtual event in 2020, we applied our entrepreneurial spirit to building an even more robust and interactive attendee experience for the 2021 conference,” Alltech said in a media advisory. “As we approach the May 25 launch date, however, it has become apparent that the digital technology necessary to support our ambitious goal is not quite ready. We have, therefore, decided to wait to open the virtual doors on ONE until we are able to deliver the outstanding attendee experience that we envision, including networking and additional engagement features.”

Current registrations will be automatically transferred to the new dates. If attendees are unable to join during that particular timeframe, they can still access all presentations on-demand at their convenience following the launch, Alltech said.

In addition to keynote presentations, more than 50 on-demand sessions will be released, with tracks that explore agriculture, business, health and wellness, and academic topics.
