Bank of the Bluegrass & Truss Co., in Lexington, Ky., is pleased to announce Al Isaac, President of NAI Isaac, was elected to the Bank’s Board of Directors. Prior to his election, Isaac had served as an Advisory Director with the Bank for several years.
He has been a licensed real estate broker since 1983, specializing in the sale, leasing, management, and development of commercial properties throughout Kentucky. His real estate expertise includes shopping centers, professional office, and industrial building sales and leasing, development, site acquisition, national tenant leasing, and disposition.
In 1987 Isaac founded Isaac Commercial Properties, Inc., later operating as NAI Isaac, as a full-service commercial real estate company. As President, he has overseen and initiated numerous major projects, developments, and re-developments along with negotiating, financing, and closing many sales and leases each year for clients and partnerships he heads.
Isaac also supervises and consults with the sales, leasing and management staff of NAI Isaac.
