A new twist on an old favorite. This cocktail will have you curling up by the yule log in no time.
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 oz bourbon
- 1 oz Baileys
- 3 oz hot milk tea
- 3 egg whites
- tsp cinnamon
- 2 star anise
METHOD:
- In a saucepan bring chai tea and milk and spices to boil. Lower to simmer and then strain and cool
- In a shaker add egg whites, bourbon, Baileys cinnamon powder and shake well.
- Pour tea concoction in the glass followed by shaker ingredients.
- Garnish with nutmeg
