WKU MBA Program Adds Options for Business Students

By wmadministrator

Western Kentucky University has expanded its Master’s of Business Administration program, increasing the number of options for those interested in pursuing additional education.

Beginning in the fall 2008 semester, students will have three different ways to complete the MBA program:

The new full-time MBA will allow students to graduate in only one year by attending specified day and evening classes on campus. This option is for students who are not in a full-time job and wish to complete the MBA degree in 12 months, the shortest time possible. Classes take place year-round. Admissions are only for the fall semester.

The new Professional MBA program will only admit managers and high-level professionals who have five years or more of mid- to top-level management experience. Professional MBA students enter as a group and graduate two years later with the same group. Students meet on alternate Saturdays year round averaging two courses at a time. Admissions are only for the fall semester.
With the Online MBA, students can take one or two classes per semester and can take between two and five years to graduate. Admissions are taken for the fall or the spring term.

The next deadline for admission for all three options is March 1. For more information, contact Dr. Bob Hatfield, (270) 745-6581 or [email protected].
