The Midwest Center for Foreign Investment has announced that three businesses will move in to the iconic former Colgate Palmolive plant in Clarksville, Ind., located just across the Ohio River from Louisville. Plans are being finalized for a healthcare technology firm and an international financial firm, and a warehouse is already being occupied by packaging and printing company Carton Croft. The three companies will occupy approximately 100,000 s.f., which represents 10 percent of the property.
