Kentucky Derby Museum earns major honor from USA Today

LOUISVILLE, Ky. — The USA Today 2023 10 Best Readers’ Choice travel awards results were released for the Attractions category. Kentucky Derby Museum is thrilled to be ranked among the country’s Best Attractions for Sports Fans.

Kentucky Derby MuseumThe Museum was nominated, along with 19 other attractions, by a USA Today panel in July, and then the public voted for their favorites online. The Museum was the only attraction in Kentucky nominated for this category.

After voting closed in August, USA Today released the 10Best list, and Kentucky Derby Museum ranked 5th.

At Kentucky Derby Museum, every day is Derby Day! This upcoming year will be incredibly special, as Louisville and the state of Kentucky will celebrate 150 years of Derby history, memories, and traditions. The Museum is working on several major projects surrounding the 150th running of the Kentucky Derby, including three new exhibits, multiple must-attend events, exclusive bourbon offerings, and much more.
