Appointments to Kentucky Boards and Commissions

FRANKFORT, Ky. — Gov. Andy Beshear has made the following appointments to Kentucky boards and commissions:

Appointed Jeff Raymer, Gary Greene, Matt Rhodes and Walter Robertson as Fish and Wildlife Resources Commission members. These appointments will require confirmation by the Senate.

• Jeff Raymer of Morgantown will represent the 2nd Commission District. He has been an outdoorsman for most of his life and is a member of the Butler County Conservation Club and Buckmasters. He has published a wildlife column in his local newspaper for eight years and has previously worked for the National Wild Turkey Federation and managed many archery competitions. If the Senate confirms his appointment, Raymer will serve for a term expiring Dec. 31, 2026.
• Gary Greene of Greenup will represent the 8th Commission District. He is a member of the Northeast Kentucky Fish and Game Club, Greenup County Wildlife Association and Kentucky Houndsmen Association, and a lifetime member of the League of Kentucky Sportsmen. If the Senate confirms his appointment, Greene will serve for a term expiring Dec. 31, 2026.
• Matt Rhodes of Prospect will represent the 3rd Commission District. He has participated in various outdoor activities for many years. Additionally, he has decades of experience in leadership and management in both the private and public sectors. If the Senate confirms his appointment, Rhodes will serve for a term expiring Dec. 31, 2026.
• Walter Robertson of Russell Springs will represent the 9th Commission District. He has managed various agricultural operations for decades and holds leadership positions in his local Sportsman Club and is a member of the National Wild Turkey Federation. If the Senate confirms his appointment, Robertson will serve for a term expiring Dec. 31, 2027.

Reappointed Ryan Hamilton as a Kentucky Board for Medical Imaging and Radiation Therapy member.

• Ryan Hamilton of Midway is the director of operations and center lead radiation therapist at GenesisCare. He has been reappointed for a term ending on Oct. 31, 2026.

Reappointed Joe Ellis and Janet Lively McCauley as members of the Judicial Conduct Commission.

• Joe Ellis is an optometrist from Benton. He has been reappointed for a term ending on Jan. 1, 2028.
• Janet Lively McCauley of Louisville is the vice president of marketing and business development at Schaefer General Contracting. She has been reappointed for a term ending on Jan. 1, 2028.

Appointed William “Buff” Bradley as a member of the Kentucky Horse Park Commission.

• Buff Bradley of Louisville replaces Lisa Ball, whose term has expired and will serve for a term expiring Jan. 7, 2028.

Reappointed Lance Gilbert, Calvin Music and David Azbill as members of the Consumers’ Advisory Council for terms expiring Sept. 8, 2026.

• Lance Gilbert of Louisville has many years of experience in the manufacturing industry. Currently, he is the managing partner at Net Results Group LLC.
• Calvin Music of Hager Hill is a teacher at Johnson County Schools.
• David Azbill is an attorney in general practice located in London.

Reappointed Elizabeth Griffith, Nathan Mick and Mary Michael Corbett as members of the Kentucky Arts Council. Additionally, the Governor has appointed J.W. “Wally” Dant, Lynn Schrader and Brook White, Jr., as members of the Council.

• Elizabeth Griffith of Benton is the president of Kentucky Lake Economic Development. She has been reappointed for a term expiring Nov. 18, 2026.
• Nathan Mick of Lexington is the American Association of Orthodontists advocacy director. He has been active in the arts for many years and sings first tenor with the Lexington Chamber Chorale. He will serve for a term expiring Nov. 18, 2027.
• Mary Michael Corbett of Louisville is the executive director of Baptist Health Foundation Greater Louisville. She has been involved with the Governor’s School for the Arts and various arts organizations across the state for many years. She will serve for a term expiring Nov. 18, 2027.
• Wally Dant of New Haven is the founder of Log Still Distillery. He replaces Douglas Adams, whose term has expired, and will serve for a term expiring Jan. 7, 2028.
• Lynn Schrader of Lexington is an attorney and patron of the arts across the state. She replaces Jean Dorton, whose term has expired, and will serve for a term expiring Jan. 7, 2028.
• Brook White Jr. of Louisville is a glass artist at Flame Run. He replaces Janice Turpen, whose term has expired, and will serve for a term expiring Jan. 7, 2028.

Reappointed Charles Sprinkles, Erik Elzy, Chris Seals and Chase Wachter as members of the Housing, Buildings and Construction Advisory Committee. Appointed Joseph “Chad” Mills and David Lindeman as members of the Committee.

• Charles Sprinkles of Gray is the owner of Alco Contracting Inc. He will continue to represent experience in the housing, building and construction industry as a member of the Committee and will serve for a term expiring Nov. 30, 2026.
• Erik Elzy of Bowling Green is the assistant business manager at Plumbers, Pipefitters & Service Techs Local 502. He is a journeyman plumber and will bring plumbing experience as a committee member. He will serve for a term expiring Nov. 30, 2026.
• Chris Seals of Lexington will represent architects as a member of the Committee. He is currently employed as the facilities architect at the University of Kentucky and will serve for a term expiring Nov. 30, 2026.
• Chase Wachter of Cynthia will represent mobile home installers as a member of the Committee. He owns CMW Contracting LLC and will serve for a term expiring Nov. 30, 2026.
• Chad Mills of Reynolds Station will represent experience in housing, building and construction as a member of the Committee. Mills is the state director of Kentucky State AFL-CIO and has years of experience in contracting. He will serve for a term expiring Jan. 4, 2027.
• David Lindeman of Lexington is the president of Palmer Engineering and will represent licensed engineers as a member of the Committee. He will serve for a term expiring Jan. 4, 2027.

Appointed Donald “DJ” Biddle as a Geographic Information Advisory Council member.

• DJ Biddle of Louisville will replace Richard Horn, whose term has expired. Biddle is the University of Louisville’s director of geographic information sciences and will serve for a term expiring Jan. 4, 2028.
