Under new president, Leadership Louisville Center opens applications for 34th Leadership Louisville class

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (March 5, 2012) – Under new leadership for the first time in over 20 years, the Leadership Louisville Center will open applications today for the Leadership Louisville Class of 2013.  Now in its 34th year, Leadership Louisville is a 10-month experience that is the proven course for our community’s most influential and esteemed leaders.  Many of the most dynamic leaders from all fields apply each year and over 50 are selected to build a class representative of the community.  Applications are open through April 27, 2012.  Complete program and application details are available at www.leadershiplouisville.org.  For more information, contact Jennifer Stevens at (502) 561-5231 or[email protected].

“As the oldest leadership organization in Kentucky as well as the largest, we’ve graduated over 6,000 community leaders,” said Cynthia Knapek, president of the Leadership Louisville Center.  “The Leadership Louisville program is our signature program that inspires participants with a sense of ownership in a vibrant future for our region.  Now is the time for leaders to apply for the class and join some of our community’s most prominent trustees.”
