Contest is Saturday; game is Oct. 4
LOUISVILLE, Ky. (Sept. 26, 2014) — More than 100 Kentucky-area singers will be competing on Saturday for the chance to sing the National Anthem before a preseason NBA game between the Miami Heat and New Orleans Pelicans.
The competition begins at 3 p.m. at the KFC Yum! Center in Louisville, with singers between the ages of 12 to 60 registered to perfom.
The game is scheduled for 7:30 p.m. on Oct. 4 at the KFC Yum! Center.
