West Virginia law firm opening office in Louisville

Signs on as tenant at ShelbyHurst Office and Research Park

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (Sept. 26, 2014) — West Virginia law firm Steptoe & Johnson will open an office in Louisville in the ShelbyHurst Office and Research Park.

steptoeSteptoe & Johnson, which also has an office in Lexington, has leased more than 10,500-s.f.on the first floor. The law firm is headquartered in Bridgeport, W.Va. and has more than 300 attorneys across 15 locations in the United States.

Other tenants include Steel Technologies, TEK Systems and AkzoNobel Coatings.

NTS is managing development, construction, leasing, operations and marketing of the new buildings. The UofL Foundation has a 51 percent stake in both buildings and NTS Realty Holdings has a 49 percent share. When fully developed, the ShelbyHurst Office and Research Park is expected to have more than 1.5 million square feet of space in multiple buildings.
