Event will feature former UK, UofL athletes
LOUISVILLE, Ky. (Oct. 28, 2014) — Former University of Kentucky and University of Louisville athletes will be on hand from 6-9 p.m. on Nov. 16 during the Salute to the Legends Dinner at the Muhammad Ali Center in Louisville.
All proceeds for the event, hosted by Boys and Girls Haven, will help provide homes to children and young adults who have been the victims of abuse, abandonment, and neglect.
Former players who have committed to the event are Roger Burkman, Jack Givens, Mike Pratt, Perrin Johnson, and Pat Day.
In addition to dinner and drinks, the evening will include a raffle and live auction with UK and UofL memorabilia signed by coaches and players. Tony Cruise, local radio personality
