State’s top child support contracting officials honored

COVINGTON, Ky. (Nov. 18, 2014) — The Kentucky Cabinet for Health and Family Services (CHFS) today announced the state’s 20 top-performing child support collection partners while recognizing one that has made significant improvement during the past year.

UnknownContracting officials are ranked based on their paternity establishments, the establishment of child support orders, child support collections and past-due collections.

Rankings for the 2013-14 fiscal year were made based on number of active cases.

  • Crittenden County, County Attorney Rebecca J. Johnson
  • Green County, County Attorney Russ Goff
  • Larue County, County Attorney Dale M. Morris
  • Morgan County, County Attorney D. Joleen Frederick
  • McLean County, County Attorney W. E. Quisenberry Jr.
  • Robertson County, Contracting Official John Price
  • Trigg County, County Attorney Randall Braboy

Top performing counties with 1,000-2,000 cases:
