Versailles, Ky. – The largest Kroger grocery store in Kentucky opened in Versailles Thursday morning.
The new Kroger is 133,000 s.f., about 8,000 s.f. larger than other “marketplace” outlets, such as the Beaumont and Richmond Road locations in Lexington.
The new Kroger will replace the nearby location, which is 80,000 s.f.
Along with an expanded inventory, which includes a clothing department and specialty kiosks, and services, such as a Starbucks and Athenian Grill deli, the new Versailles Kroger features artwork by local artists Debbie Graviss and Damon Farmer.
