Meade Tractor has finalized the purchase of eight John Deere Construction and Forestry branches from Nortrax, the company has announced.
The acquisition includes the following Kentucky locations: Bowling Green, Louisville, London and Richmond, as well as locations in Nashville and Knoxville in Tennessee.
Meade Tractor is a family-owned dealership headquartered in Bristol, Tenn. The company operates seven John Deere Agriculture and Turf dealerships throughout the region. The combined company will operate 15 locations across five states.
Meade Tractor President Chuck Meade, III said the deal will further strengthen and allow for a generational approach to support Meade customers and offer increased career opportunities for employees.
