Position is new to company
LOUISVILLE, Ky. (July 24, 2015) — Steven Rudolf has been named vice president of Human Resources Operations for Baptist Health Kentucky, based in Louisville.
Rudolf was previously vice president of Human Resources for Baptist Health’s Kentuckiana Region, which includes Baptist Health Louisville and Baptist Health La Grange.
In the newly created position, Rudolf will lead implementation of the Human Resources strategic plan, execute system-wide initiatives and improve and streamline processes.
He holds a juris doctorate from Boston University, School of Law, and a bachelor’s degree in Finance from Indiana University, Kelley School of Business.
Kimberly Scaglione has been named to replace Rudolf as vice president of Human Resources for Baptist Health’s Kentuckiana Region.
She will oversee Human Resources for the region, plus executive leadership for Employee Health, the Child Development Center and Volunteers at Baptist Health Louisville.
She has a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management from Ottawa University.
