Crescent Springs, Ky. – Zalla Companies has named Matt Olliges as the new Director of Projects. In this role, he will manage all new projects while also developing commercial and residential opportunities with a focus on the urban core.
Zalla Companies, a commercial real estate developer in Northern Kentucky and Greater Cincinnati, is currently celebrating their 50th anniversary. They primarily develop office, medical and industrial facilities.
“We are excited to have someone with Matt’s experience and knowledge joining our team,” said Dave Heidrich, CEO of Zalla Companies. “With his vast knowledge in all aspects of the industry, along with his involvement in the community, we know he will do an excellent job.”
Olliges, a native of Northern Kentucky, has spent his entire career in the real-estate industry. He worked in construction for local companies such as Drees Homes and Cutter Construction building single-family residential homes.
Olliges was Project Manager at Towne Properties, a property development and management company in Cincinnati, known for their work in Mt. Adams and their role in the renaissance of Downtown Cincinnati renovating office spaces and mixed used projects.
Olliges serves on the Northern Kentucky Chamber of Commerce’s Board of Directors and is in his fourth term serving on Bellevue City Council. He also serves on the board for the Bellevue/ Dayton Fire Department and is involved with the Regional Youth Leadership program.
