The World Series begins Tuesday in Kansas City, Missouri.

Louisville Slugger said it has made bats for players in every World Series since 1903.

The bats for the Mets will be made to each player’s specifications, including three new bats for New York’s Daniel Murphy, who hit home runs in six consecutive playoff games. Murphy uses a 33.5-inch, 31.5-ounce birch Louisville Slugger.
