Target on Dixie Highway in Louisville to close

Among 13 stores nationwide closing

LEXINGTON, Ky. (Nov. 5, 2015) — The Target on Dixie Highway in Louisville is closing. The chain announced this week it will close 13 stores nationwide. Spokeswoman Kristy Welker said the closings are due to the stores’ individual performance and unrelated to Target’s overall performance.

  • Suncoast Pasco County (Odessa, Fla.)
  • Casa Grande, Ariz.
  • Victorville, Calif.
  • East Flint (Flint, Mich.)
  • Columbus Southwest (Columbus, Ohio)
  • Northridge (Milwaukee, Wis.)
  • Superior, Wis.
  • Springfield, Ohio
  • New Ulm, Minn.
  • Ottumwa, Iowa
  • Anderson, Ind.
